O’Kelly Kasprick seeks a Project Manager to add to their growing architecture and design firm. Candidate should be organized, self-directed, collaborative, experience in managing others, and looking for a team oriented and supportive environment.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Oversees design teams across multiple projects
  • Responsible for managing projects through multiple phases of design
  • Responsible for mentoring less experienced staff

Should be knowledgeable and proficient in the following tasks:

    • Overseeing and managing teams
    • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule
    • Overseeing coordination with MEP/SE consultants
    • Reviewing documents for quality control and adherence to program requirements
    • Planning/Cartooning a construction documents set
    • Effective and efficiently communicate with all project stakeholders
    • Specification writing
    • Tracking project schedule/hours
    • Would meet with management team weekly on projects
    • Would meet with design team daily or bi-weekly to review progress
    • May complete some production deliverables

Candidate Reqirements 

  • 10+ years of experience in the architectural or interior design field
  • Experience leading a project team
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proficient Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience in hospitality design is encouraged
  • Experience in ReVit is encouraged
  • Architectural licensing path is encouraged

O’Kelly Kasprak seeks an interior design intern to add their growing architecture and design firm.  Candidate should be organized, self-directed, collaborative, creative, and looking for a team oriented and supportive environment.  This is a part time paid position, wages will be commensurate with experience.


Design Intern

Assists in the following tasks/activities:

  • Supports other interior designers on project related work
  • Orders samples, meets with product reps, and organizes material library
  • Schedules and attends lunch and learns and update appointments
  • Prepares presentation materials for meetings with designer direction
  • Assists in office administrative tasks
    • Shipping/mailing
    • Answering intercom
    • Scanning and ordering supplies as needed
    • May take meeting notes


Candidate Requirements

  • Current or previous enrollment on a design based curriculum path for architecture or interior design
  • Must be punctual, reliable, organized, and excited to learn and participate in design
  • Past Job experience will be considered
  • Portfolio/Student work will be considered
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office package and 3D modeling skills are encouraged
