O’Kelly Kasprak is excited to announce the opening of Fisk & Co. at the Hotel Monaco Chicago! The restaurant design is a collaboration between O’K+K and Oz design. An American mussel and beer bar that blends the vibe of Belgium’s lively bistros with the spirit of Chicago’s historic restaurant industry. With the partnership of Executive Chef Austin Fausett and Head Bartender Melissa Carroll the restaurant provides a thoughtfully prepared selection of oysters and shellfish, to be paired with a selection of beer taps.
